All content, design, and materials included in Bot + Grow digital products are owned by Bot + Grow (Seven Suite CIC), and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or display any part of the product without express written permission.

2. Personal Use Only
Access is granted for individual, personal use only. Use in group programs, team settings, courses, client work, or commercial content creation is not permitted without a separate commercial license.

You may not:

Transfer your access to another individual or organisation

3. Access Period
You will receive access to your Signature Energy Brand Guide and all related content upon purchase. Access to bonus content or updates may vary and will be stated clearly on the product page or via email communication. We reserve the right to change access terms at any time.

4. Commercial Use & Licensing
To use this product in a professional, corporate, teaching, or coaching context, please reach out to request a commercial license. Any unauthorised use in paid programs, group offers, or workshops is a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date and time of purchase. To request a refund, please email info@botandgrow.com within this period.

Once a refund is issued:

You will lose all access to the product and your associated account

Continued use of the product or content is strictly prohibited

If you are found to be using or copying this content after a refund, legal action will be taken

No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the time of purchase. Partial refunds, extensions, or transfers are not available.

6. Product Updates
We may update or improve our products at any time without prior notice. These updates may include additional features, content upgrades, or design improvements. While we aim to provide value-enhancing updates, we are not responsible for any loss of progress or saved content that may occur as a result.
